Order processing

All orders are processed and transferred to a delivery partner within 1 working day after receiving payment.

When the order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a delivery confirmation and, if available, shipment tracking information.

Delivery times and costs

The delivery period is counted from the moment the order is placed delivery partner. The indicated deadlines are indicative and subject to change workload of delivery partners, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control due to circumstances.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Available shipping options and exact costs are displayed during order processing.

Customs duties and import fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may applicable import taxes, customs duties or other local charges according to the regulations of the receiving country.

These additional costs are borne by the buyer.

Incorrect shipping information

Before confirming your order, please make sure that the shipping address, parcel number, email address and phone number are correct.

If the order cannot be delivered incorrectly or incompletely specified for information, we will contact you to agree on the future solution. Re-shipping costs may apply to the buyer.
