Returns and refunds
According to the Republic of Latvia Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers no. 255 "Regulations on the distance contract" (paragraph 19), the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.
📩 How to return the product?
The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt by sending us an e-mail at info@tavasrotas.com.
Money is refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except when the product is damaged.

Order invoice number

Phone number

Date of receipt of the product

Each item to be returned: code, name, price, date of purchase

Reason for return (optional)
✅ After receiving the return confirmation:

The product must be unused and in original packaging

The product must be in the same condition as it was received

All accessories/equipment must be included

The product must be sent back within 7 calendar days upon approval
