Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to online store purchases www.tavasrotas.lv. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods in accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia no. 255 "Regulations on the distance contract".
1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day when you (or a person indicated by you) received the product.
2) How to apply for a return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal notice to info@tavasrotas.com, indicating:
・Name, surname
・Order / invoice number
・Telephone number
・Date of product receipt
・Code, name, price and date of purchase of the item to be returned
・Reason for return (optional)
The notification can also be short, for example: "I want to cancel the distance contract and return the product/order No. ____."
3) Returning the product
After receiving the application, we will send the return instructions and the return address.
The product must be sent backno later than within 14 days from the day you notified the refusal.
Please observe:
・the product must be undamaged and in full packaging;
・The item must be in its original packaging as far as is reasonably possible;
・The item must be packed securely so that it is not damaged during shipping.
The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the product if the product is used more than is necessary to test the product's properties and performance.
4) Return costs
If the return is made using the right of withdrawal (within 14 days), buyer pays all shipping costs associated with the return, including any postage/courier costs for returning the item.
5) Refund
After exercising the right of cancellation and returning the item, we will issue a refund no later than within 14 days from the day when the product is received back (or proof that the product has been sent back is received).
The refund includes:
・The value of the returned item;
・standard shipping cost (if they were applied to the order).
If a more expensive delivery method than standard (eg express) was chosen, additional costs are not refunded.
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6) Items that cannot be returned
The right of refusal may not be applied to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package/seal has been opened after delivery.
Therefore, please take into account:
・Earrings and other body-fitting jewelry may not be refundable for hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened or the product has been used after delivery.

7) Damaged or incorrect goods
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, writing to info@tavasrotas.com (preferably attach a photo).
In this case, we:
・We will cover the shipping costs of the return (and exchange if necessary);
・We will provide an exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs.
