1. In general

You can buy jewelry and accessories in our e-shop. All purchases are considered distance contract, and they are subject to the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Prices and payments

・All prices are indicated euro (€) and includes VAT.

3. Order and payment

・To place an order, select items, fill in shipping information, and select a payment method.

・The order is considered confirmed when payment is received.

4. Delivery

・In Latvia: we send with Omniva and Latvijas Pasta. Delivery within 1-10 business days.

・Outside Latvia: we send with Latvijas Pasta. Delivery 5-15 working days.

・Free shipping:

• • In Latvia: for orders over €30

  • International: For orders over €100

If there are delays or the product is not available, we will contact you and offer alternatives.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right cancel the purchase within 14 days, if:

・The product has not been used;

・It has the original packaging;

・The purchase document has been saved.

6. Refund

・Money is returned within 14 days after receiving the item.

・Return costs are to be borne by the customer, except if the product is damaged or incorrect.
