1. In general

You can buy jewelry and accessories in our e-shop. All purchases are considered distance contract, and they are subject to the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Prices and payments

  • All prices are indicated euro (€) and includes VAT.

3. Order and payment

  • To place an order, select the products, fill in the delivery information and choose the payment method.

  • An order is considered confirmed when payment is received.

4. Delivery

  • in Latvia: we send with Omniva and Latvijas Pasta. Delivery within 1-10 business days.

  • Outside of Latvia: we send with Latvijas Pasta. Delivery 5-15 working days.

  • Free shipping:

    • In Latvia: for orders over €50

    • International: For orders over €100

If there are delays or the product is not available, we will contact you and offer alternatives.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right cancel the purchase within 14 days, if:

  • The product is not used;

  • Has the original packaging;

  • The purchase document has been saved.

6. Refund

  • Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Return costs must be borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
